When applying Apply SOA Bundle Patch 37389582 (SOA 12.2.1.4.241212) opatch is reporting the following patch conflicts resulting in the BP not being applied:
"Following patches have conflicts: [ 24950713 26573292 33182240 33806229 34106316 37389582 ]"
