Server Log Downloaded from WebLogic Remote Console Is Garbled (Doc ID 3076477.1)

Symptoms

When both WebLogic Server (WLS) and WebLogic Remote Console (WRC) are started with Shift_JIS ("-Dfile.encoding=MS932") in Microsoft Windows, the server logs downloaded from WRC are garbled.

WRC > Monitaring Tree > Diagnostics > Logs and Achives > ServerLog > check <server_name> and click "Download"
