Symptoms

Unable to launch Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) 12.2.1.4.3 Director from some Windows laptops locally using JNLP.

The latest java version jdk 1.8.0_441 is used.


The following errors are observed:


Errors persist even after clearing Java cache.
