Accessing a URL page fails with errors:

ORA-04063: package body "PORTAL.WWPOB_CUSTOM_PAGE" has errors.
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called.

Recompilation of the package body PORTAL.WWPOB_CUSTOM_PAGE fails:

PLS-00908: The stored format of WWPOB_CUSTOM_PAGE is not supported by this release

The system allows to create URL pages. Accessing the pages fails.
