Approval task details of any request on "Track request" page is not getting loaded on refreshing the request page.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Login to identity self service and Click on Self Service menu.

2. Click on Track Requests tile and open any approval pending request.



3. and click on the approval task under the approval details and check that approval task details is getting loaded properly.

4. Now click on Refresh button on Summary information section on the same page and now click on approval task again and check approval task details not getting loaded.

Changes
