14.1.2 - Oracle Forms and Reports In-Place or Out-Of-Place Upgrade Error with FMW Upgrade Assistant Error "INVALID_WLS_COMPONENT_SCHEMA_OWNER" (Doc ID 3079069.1)

Symptoms

Performing In-Place or Out-Of-Place upgrade of Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.4/12.2.1.19.0 to 14.1.2. Running upgrade assistant from "$ORACLE_HOME/oracle_common/upgrade/bin/ua" and selecting the Domain path. Entered the SYS as SYSDBA connections to the schemas and proceeding to the "Examine" section shows the below error for "Oracle Weblogic Server"

Note: In the below Error screenshot FRS is the <Prefix> of the existing RCU schemas that is shown for Demonstration Purpose Only
