REP-52275 Error When Viewing Job Status in Oracle Reports 12.2.1.19 After Applying Patch 36733905 (Doc ID 3079270.1)

Symptoms

After applying Patch 36733905 to Oracle Reports version 12.2.1.19, you encounter an issue when viewing the report jobs in SHOWJOBS queue.  In the Current Jobs or Past Jobs sections, when clicking on the clock icon in the "Job Status" column to check the job's detailed status, the following error is returned:

However, if you remove "&queuetype=past" from above URL, the status is displayed correctly. This issue did not occur prior to applying Patch 36733905.
