Too Many "lok" Files in Domain "tmp" Folder Causing Storage Issues (Doc ID 3080659.1)

Symptoms

The <DOMAIN_HOME>/tmp/ directory is getting automatically filled with random"lok" files, filled with garbage data, occupying around 80 gb of storage space. Some of these "lok" files have file size as big as 0.1 GB.
As a result, servers are crashing due to storage issues.

Even if these files are manually deleted, these are getting automatically created, and the same issue happens again in a couple of hours.
