On a High Availability Setup, Only One Node is Showing with a Green Up Arrow via the Showjobs Page (Doc ID 3081533.1)

Last updated on APRIL 14, 2025

Applies to:

Oracle Reports Developer - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

High Availability (HA) has been set up using four (4) nodes. But when looking at the showjobs page, only the current node is showing with a green arrow up arrow next to its name. The other Reports servers have no arrows except the last node which has a red down arrow. This implies that only one node is running. This happens even when all the Reports servers of all the nodes have been verified to be up and running.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a web browser.

2. Go to the showjobs page for one of the nodes, for example http://<HOSTNAME OF NODE1>:9002/reports/rwservlet/showjobs

3. Check the field Nodes.
