 Check the database is configured to allow the execution of background jobs.
 Check you have free space in the default tablespace for the PORTAL schema.
 Check you have the minimum recommended size for the temporary tablespace for the PORTAL schema.
 Check the Query Path URL for SSO is correctly setup.
 Check you have the latest Portal Export/Import Patches installed.
