You are getting an ORACLE SSO FAILURE - UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST after setting up a new partner application and accessing the application. The new partner application has been created as follows:

The tested URL is:


The user is redirected to the SSO login page, but after providing the username and password the "ORACLE SSO FAILURE - UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST" error appears.
