You are getting an ORACLE SSO FAILURE - UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST after setting up a new partner application and accessing the application. The new partner application has been created as follows:

Login URL          : http://<SSO_HTTP_SERVERNAME>:<OSSO_HTTP_PORT>/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_login
Single Sign Off URL: http://<SSO_HTTP_SERVERNAME>:<OSSO_HTTP_PORT>/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_logout
Success URL        : http://<MIDTIER_HTTP_SERVERNAME>:<HTTP_PORT2>/osso_login_success
Logout URL         : http://<MIDTIER_HTTP_SERVERNAME>:<HTTP_PORT2>/osso_logout_success

The user is redirected to the SSO login page, but after providing the username and password the "ORACLE SSO FAILURE - UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST" error appears.
