Symptoms

You are getting an ORACLE SSO FAILURE - UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST after setting up a new partner application and accessing the application. The new partner application has been created as follows:

Login URL          : http://myinfra.mydomain.com:7777/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_login
Single Sign Off URL: http://myinfra.mydomain.com:7777/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_logout
Home URL           : http://mymidtier.mydomain.com:7778/myapplication/myinitialpage.do
Success URL        : http://mymidtier.mydomain.com:7778/osso_login_success
Logout URL         : http://mymidtier.mydomain.com:7778/osso_logout_success



The tested URL is:

http://mymidtier:7778/myapplication/myinitialpage.do


The user is redirected to the SSO login page, but after providing the username and password the "ORACLE SSO FAILURE - UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST" error appears.
