Symptoms

You can connect from JDeveloper to a local BPEL PM instance, but not to a remote BPEL instance, and may see the following error in your logs;


Error: Test Identity Service failed:
"org.apache.soap.SOAPException:ModuleException thrown by HTTPClient while
getting the response.HTTPClient.AuthSchemeNotImplException: Negotiate
[java.io.IOException]"
