Blank Page Is Returned - WebPass Is Not Communicating with the CoreID Server?

With an installed CoreID server and a WebPass, if I go to http://:/identity/oblix, to go through browser based setup the front page is displayed. When clicking on the CoreID System Console, instead of getting the setup page a blank page is returned.
