Symptoms
In an Application Server 9.0.4 or 10.1.2 you may see this error in the $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log indicating the OC4J instance is down, whereas the OC4J instance is Alive as per opmnctl status output. The users may complain some requests to the J2EE application are not properly processed because of this error.
