Installation Of Bpel PM failed against Clustered Application Server 10.1.2 Mid-Tier (Doc ID 329428.1)

Trying to install BPEL to a clustered midtier failed to deploy BPEL to OC4J on Solaris 2.8.
The user was asked to continue the install with that failed component and chose not to continue.

Verified the issue by the trace file <InstallActions log>, which displays the following stack;

Installing the Oracle BPEL Process Manager 10.1.2 against an 10.1.2 Application
Server Mid-Tier. The post installation BPEL Process Manager Configuration
Assistant tool reported the following errors:
Oc4jDeploy tool completed, but with errors.
stall/ant-tasks/bpminstall.xml:354: The following error occurred while
executing this line:
stall/ant-tasks/init-midtier.xml:96: Java returned: 4
Total time: 1 minute 29 seconds
Exit: 1
ERROR: Failed while deploying applications.
