Symptoms

 

  • OID fails to start using opmnctl, with oidldapd01s*.log error:
    ServerController :0 * FATAL : ServerController : OS 5 : Error creating db connection pool for server
  • If occurring during OID installation/configuration, subsequent Configuration Assistants dependent on OID therefore fail
