Intermittent FRM-40735 and ORA-105100 With FileUpload Demo (Doc ID 331250.1)

Symptoms

While uploading a ".csv" file using FileUpload demo available with Forms 10g, the following error pop up appears intermittently depending on the data in the file :

FRM-40735: WHEN-CUSTOM-ITEM-EVENT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-105100

Followed by the below mentioned pop up:
"Upload failed because:
oracle.forms.demos.uploadserver.FormsDecoderException: decodeBuffer exception:
oracle.forms.demos.uploadserver.FormsDecoderException: no data in the buffer to decode"

or

You are getting
FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-105100.
