Repository Object Navigator
Symptoms
Each time the Repository Object Navigator (RON) is invoked the following error occurs when the RON attempts to retrieve data.
ORA-01986: OPTIMIZER_GOAL is obsolete
RME-02124: Failed to execute SQL statement: alter session set optimizer_goal = CHOOSE
Versions are:
Designer/SCM 9i Version 9.0.2.80
RDBMS Version 10.1.0.4
