WUC-15 When Running WebUtil With Sun Java Plugin (JPI) (Doc ID 332213.1)

Symptoms

Getting the following error, when running webutil application (for example WU_TEST_105.fmx) using Sun Java Plugin,

WUC-15 Your form must contain the following Bean for this function to be available:
oracle.forms.webutil.file.FileFunctions

Java Console, contains the following errors :
