oidldapd fails to start with:
2005/08/14:18:13:55 * ProcessDispatcher:1 * sgslunuReadPort: peek() failed with 1450 while
checking status on Server Port : 3932
2005/08/14:18:13:56 * DispatcherController:0 * Starting OIDLDAPD Server, PID=3676
The last message repeats every second, with a different PID
The server has both an Infrastructure and Mid Tier install
