How to dynamically change column heading when using desformat=delimiteddata (Doc ID 334330.1)

Goal

Delimiteddata desformat is based on the Data Model of a report. This means that column headings or labels that are customized to show at runtime do not have any effect - the label or heading for a column is picked up from the data model only. XML tag property is used to provide static, custom labels to the field headings.

This note provides a method to dynamically alter the custom labels or XML tag property value.
