How to terminate the Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) mappings with a Busy status?

The status of a mapping can be monitored via the OWB 10.2 Runtime Audit Browser (RAB) or OWB 11g Repository Browser.

If the mapping indicates BUSY for long time, it may be hanging.
