iSQL*Plus Errors "Page Cannot Be Displayed" When Try to Connect After CUSTOM Install (Doc ID 337602.1)

Symptoms

Installed iSQL*Plus on a clean Windows server, using a Custom install from the 10g Release 2 database install disk.

The installation completed successfully, and you can get the login screen using URL:

http://hostname:5560/isqlplus

However, when you try to connect to database by entering database connection string and clicking SUBMIT, you get error:

"The page cannot be displayed."

In URL, it says:
http://hostname:5560/isqlplus/login.uix

Changes

This is a new installation.
