Symptoms
The command 'dcmctl updateconfig -ct opmn' does not work after installing the 10.1.0.4 patchset
into an OracleAS 10.1.2.0.0 Oracle Home.
The file $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/conf/opmn.xml is modified from:
Because 'xmlns' is mentioned twice, an error message is given (ADMN-906025, Exception 100999).
