This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When deploying Oracle Forms over the web using Oracle Jinitiator 1.3.1.18 or higher the vertical spacing between boilerplate text in a Forms increases. It appears to be double spaced.

The problem reproduces at will.

Using Oracle Jinitiator 1.3.1.13 there is no such problem, the boilerplate text appears just fine.
