Internet Explorer File Downloads Over SSL When Running Reports Don't Work With The Cache Control Headers

When a report with parameter form run in a HTTPS URL from another form or menu by "Run_Report_Object" and "Web.Show_Document" procedures, the report cannot be displayed for the user directly. Internet Explorer gives an error.
The problem is that you cannot run reports:
- with parameter form on the Web using HTTPS URL.
- by "Run_Report_Object" and "Web.Show_Document" procedures when using HTTPS URL
When you attempt to open or download a Microsoft Office document or a PDF file from a secure Web site in Internet Explorer by HTTPS URL , you may receive one of the following error messages:

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
Error message 2
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
