There are several components that when their debugging is enabled will help identify where the SSO issue may be. The three most common components are the SSO server, HTTP_Server, and the OC4J_SECURITY (JAZN). Additionally one can use mod_plsql, HTTP headers, and Single Sign-on database debug.
