Symptoms
When installing Active-Active OracleAS Cluster (Identity Management), also known as IMHA, the installation is failing in the OID Configuration Assistant.
The $ORACLE_HOME/cfgtoollogs/OIDCA.log shows:
Mon Jan 09 19:56:23 GMT 2006 Bind request issued. Waiting for OID Server response.
javax.naming.CommunicationException: <HOSTNAME>:389 [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException:
Connection refused]
