Symptoms

When deploying the World of Books Demonstration file as described in the Globalization Guide:

Oracle Application Server Globalization Support Guide 10g Release 2 (10.1.2) Part No. B14004-01, Chapter 7 A Multilingual Demonstration for Oracle Application Server

an error occurs.

When  using the dcmctl deployApplication command the error is,
