This problem can occur on any platform.
When using an application, even if the Single Sign-on (SSO) session timeout is setup to be longer than 8 hours (e.g., 15 hours), users get an 500 Internal Server error after 8 hours.
AS10G Infrastructure is 220.127.116.11.0.
SSO session timeout was changed from the default 8 hours to be 15 hours.
