Interconnect Eis-Adapter Doesn'T Start Via Opmn (Doc ID 357455.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

The EIS adapter can be started manually with the command start.
But it can not be started with opmn.

In the log file for this adapter the following error is logged:
