Certificate Error and Security Alert Message

This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
You have configured the Infrastructure to use SSL mode. However, you have created your own wallet using your own Certificate Authority (CA).
When launching any Infrastructure application or even the index website using just Apache/OHS, you get a Security Alert message about the certificate. When viewing the alert message, you see that it is complaining about the Trusted Certificate.
Changes
Infrastructure is setup to use SSL mode.
