Single Sign-On: /pls/orasso Shows Down In EM Console Caused by Different Scenarios

SSO web site http://<hostname:Port>/pls/orasso shows down in EM Console after changing the IP address of the AS10G Infrastructure.


SSO shows down in EM while /pls/orasso is working perfectly as you can login using orcladmin fine. 


There are a couple of reasons that might cause that problem:

1.     AS10G Infrastructure IP address has changed. 

2.     Single Sign-on is configured to use SSL mode.
