Webutil Demo Form WEBUTIL_DEMO.FMB Gives "bean not found" Errors (Doc ID 362248.1)

When trying to run the demo form WEBUTIL_DEMO.FMB, WebUtil errors like the following are being thrown:

"Oracle.forms.webutil.clientinfo.GetClientInfo..." and "Oracle.forms.webutil.browser.BrowserFunctions..."

For example...

"oracle.forms.webutil.clientinfo.GetClientInfo bean not found. WEBUTIL_CLIENTINFO.GET_SYSTEM_PROPERTY will not work".

"oracle.forms.webutil.file.FileFunctions bean not found. CLIENT_TEXT_IO.fopen will not work."
