WNA Login Fails For Proxied or Virtualhost SSO, Fallback Login Page Displayed (Doc ID 362313.1)

Symptoms

Customer has configured SSO for Windows Native Authentication (WNA).

SSO is configured with a virtualhost or reverse-proxy hostname.

OC4J_SECURITY starts up without errors.

WNA auto-login is not succeeding: SSO displays the fallback login page.

ssoServer.log shows UNAUTH_USER is passed to SSO.
