SSO Logout Does Not Log You out From Any Mod_OSSO Midtier App (Doc ID 362730.1)

Symptoms

SSO Logout does not log you out from any mod_osso middle tier application. 

The error_log file shows the following:

[Wed Feb 08 17:10:38 2006] [error] [client 12.325.67.89] [ecid: 1139436638:
12.325.67.89:2848:3636:2,0] File does not exist: e:/oracle/as10goswweb/apache/apache/htdocs//osso_logout_success

Changes

mod_osso registration took place recently.  And, since then, no logout is working correctly from that middle tier.
