This problem can occur on any platform.
AS10G Infrastructure and/or MidTier are installed on windows Operating System.
For whatever reason, you decided to remove AS10G from this windows Operating System.
So,AS10G Infrastructure or MidTier was removed successfully using the Oracle Universal Installer (OUI).
You are trying to remove the associated directory from the windows OS. And, you are getting ociw32.dll is busy or occupied.
As a result, you are unable to remove the directory from the OS.
