'An Unrecognized WRL Was Used To Open A Wallet ORA-29248' is Raised When Trying to Personalize the External Application (Doc ID 369980.1)

When trying to personalize the external application portlet with an SSO configured in SSL, the following error is raised:

Internal error (WWC-00006)
Unexpected error encountered in wwptl_fapp.show_edit_list (ORA-29273: HTTP
request failed
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1674
ORA-29248: an unrecognized WRL was used to open a wallet) (WWC-41417)
The system failed to process the HTTPS request to the SSO Server to retrieve
the list of external applications. (WWC-41780)



The infrastructure SSO server was changed to be accessed in SSL.
