Symptoms

Content Services sends out an email to the site administrators twice a day, with the following contents :

Subject: Warning: Site consumption at or near allocation limit

The consumption for the your_site Site is at or near the allocation limit in effect for that Site.  Detailed allocation and consumption information about this Site is as follows:

The allocation limit in effect for this Site is: 524,288,000
The total space consumed by the Site is: 2,739,879,497
The total space consumed by regular documents is: 2,739,879,497
The total space consumed by archived documents is: 0
Percent of allocation currently consumed: 522%
Percent threshhold for sending notifications: 95%

None of the libraries defined in the site is over quota
Allocated quota for the site is 500MB (default value)
