Symptoms

Starting Forms with webutil integration:

Error: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: java.io.IOException: open HTTP connection
failed. at sun.applet.AppletClassLoader.getBytes(Unknown Source)

and

calling:WEBUTIL_FILE.FILE_OPEN_DIALOG

Error: oracle.forms.webutil.filefunctions bean not found
WEBUTIL_FILE.FILE_SELECTION_DIALOG_INT will not work

and

100501: non-oracle exception
