Goal

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to walk you through the installation and configuration of Multiprimary Replication (MMR) with Identity Management (IM) Cluster in High Availability Env using AS10G 10.1.2.0.2 on Sun Solaris.


This documenatation will cover in details how to install and configure SSO/DAS on Primary MDS Node in Multiprimary Identity Management Replication Configuration in High Availability Env.  

This note is one of the steps mentioned in the Primary Note:

Assumption

1. Operating System packages and patches are installed and meeting the installation requirement
2. You have root privs
3. You have created OS user and group.

4. MDS is installed and working fine:   See  <Note 370447.1>:  Step 1:  How to Install and Configure Primary MDS Node in Multiprimary Replication (MMR) with Identity Management (IM) Cluster in High Availability Env. 

5. RMS is installed successfully:   See <Note 370453.1> :  Step 2:  How to Install and Configure Replica Node RMS Node in Multiprimary Replication (MMR) with Identity Management (IM) Cluster in High Availability Env. 

6.   Setup and Configure Replication between MDS and RMS:  See   <Note 370456.1>:  Step 3:  How to Setup and Configure Replication between MDS and RMS for Multiprimary Replication (MMR) with Identity Management  (IM) Cluster in High Availability Env.   

 

NOTE

Please remember that the Load Balancer has to be configured ahead of time before doing this configuration as mentioned in the Primary Note:  <Note 370433.1>: Primary Brief: How to Setup and Configure Multiprimary Replication (MMR) with Identity Management (IM) Cluster in High Availability Env
