Symptoms

The XPath function getFaultAsString() appears to rely on a variable "__fault" being declared of type RuntimeFaultMessage.
If not, the following error is returned:

XPath expression failed to execute.
Error while processing xpath expression, the expression is "ora:getFaultAsString()", the reason is .
