Symptoms

Calling Reports from Forms using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT gives error:

FRM-41214 Unable to run report.

Reports log files show:

Terminated with error: REP-501: Unable to connect to the specified database.

 

Changes

This can be happen during migration from 6i to 10g or new setup.
