Ssoreg Fails When Calling Dcmctl Adm-100552 (Doc ID 376372.1)

Symptoms

Trying to register as partner application using reverse proxy gets the following error:

$ORACLE_HOME/sso/bin/ssoreg.sh
-oracle_home_path <oracle home path>
-site_name my_site_name
-config_mod_osso TRUE
-mod_osso_url https://server.domain:port

Changing value to off for Attribute KeepAlive, Entity et="system";ei="0",et=
"ApacheMainServer";ei="10" resulted in a constraint violation.Base Exception:

Resolution:
User must supply a value which matches one of the possible predefined values..

Please make sure that new value passes all the constraints defined.

Changes

The customer edited the httpd.conf file manually and changed the parameter KeepAlive with incorrect value off.
