How to Manually Create a New jaznadminNN User Post Install (Doc ID 377132.1)

Goal

The jaznadminNN user is created once for every midtier install. This is the default user used inside jazn.xml file. This user is a uniquemember in cn=JAZNAdminGroup,cn=Groups,cn=JAZNContext,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext, and does not have any password expiry policy set.

How to create a new user which meets the same requirements as the default jaznadminNN user?
