The purpose of this note is to provide the steps on how to update LDAP account password without the need to re-setup and re-configure COREid.

The feature to periodically update the password for the LDAP account used by COREid components is NOT currently available.

COREid components do not provide such support out of the box in current 7.0.4 release.

There is an Enhancement Request: Internal "Unpublished"  Bug 4471329: ABILITY TO CHANGE THE LDAP BIND PASSWORD - SOX REQUIREMENT has been created to add this feature in the future release.
