Symptoms
You are installing OracleAS Cluster (Identity Management) on a second or subsequent node following :

Multiple languages were selected during the install on the first node. The same set of languages have been selected for the subsequent install.
The installation fails during the execution of the Single Sign-On Configuration Assistant (SSOCA).
