Symptoms
Using OC4J 10.1.3.0.0
Using Swing client -> mostly Stateless Session Beans (SLSB) and some Stateful Session Beans (SFSB) -> RDBMS
From time to time client application throws - The 'Primary server went down going to get a fresh object elsewhere in the cluster' and hangs. This error affects only the client throwing errors and not other new or running clients.
Meanwhile server is waiting for client to acknowledge - and RMIConnectionThread on server side hangs!
Problem occurs randomly during load test. The JNDI properties (hardcoded in program) use rmi client initial context factory with ormi:// lookup
