Applies to:Oracle Fusion Middleware - Version 188.8.131.52.0 to 10.1.2.0.2 [Release AS10g to AS10gR2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Application Server 10g Enterprise Edition - Version: 184.108.40.206.0 to 10.1.2.0.0
The OracleAS Infrastructure (Metadata Repository and Identity Management) has been installed successfully and is up and running.
An install of an OracleAS middle tier, however, fails because the installer does not accept the OID connection details entered in the "Register with Oracle Internet Directory" screen.
The error in the installActions.log is:
The default JDK referenced by the Installer has been changed (i.e by editing the oraparam.ini and changing the value for jre-location)
AND / OR
The Oracle Internet Directory has been configured for SSL.
