When following the BPEL Process Manager Administrator's Guide (Part No. B25015-01) to configure a BPEL cluster, in Chapter 2 BPEL PROCESS Manager Clustering, Step 3: Testing the Oracle BPEL Process Manager Cluster (page 2-10), obant returns the following error,

[bpelc] BPEL source validation failed, the errors are:
[bpelc] [Error ORABPEL-10903]: failed to read wsdl
[bpelc] [Description]: in "bpel.xml", Failed to read wsdl.
[bpelc] Failed to read wsdl at
: faultCode=INVALID_WSDL: The document:
r does not have a root element of "definitions" in the
[bpelc] Make sure wsdl is valid. You may need to start the OraBPEL server,
[bpelc] .
[bpelc] [Potential fix]: If your site has a proxy server, then you may
proxy server configuration settings (see tech note on
[bpelc] .
