obant.sh Returns Error ORABPEL-10903 When Deploying LoanDemoPlus Demo for HA Testing (Doc ID 394054.1)

Symptoms

When following the BPEL Process Manager Administrator's Guide (Part No. B25015-01) to configure a BPEL cluster, in Chapter 2 BPEL PROCESS Manager Clustering, Step 3: Testing the Oracle BPEL Process Manager Cluster (page 2-10), obant returns the following error,
